KINGWIN RMA TERMS & CONDITION

 

Kingwin warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for the warranty period that applies to the products you purchased. All Kingwin products comes with 1 year limited warranty from the date of purchase, if a product prove to be defective in material or workmanship during the warranty period, Kingwin will repair or replace the product with a same or similar product.

Replacement product or parts may include remanufactured or refurbished parts or components. Limited warranty guarantees that every product will be free from physical defects in material and workmanship when use under normal conditions. Our warranty does not cover product damage, deterioration or malfunction resulting from abnormal use, abuse, mishandling, and unauthorized product modification. Normal wear and tear for use on any products is result of natural cause and does not cover by our warranty.

If products prove to be defective during warranty period, you can contact us at:

    In order to obtain warranty service, you will be required to provide the following:

    • A copy of the original dated sales receipt
    • Your name
    • Your phone or email address
    • Your mailing address
    • A description of your problems

    RMA# will be voided if any of the above information is not included in the return package. Your package will be sent back and the product warranty will not be honored if the missing information is not available to us in a timely fashion. We only ship within United States. Warranty only apply to United States region. For all international region warranty please contact with your vendor.

    You are responsible for packing defective products with the associated accessories and ship them to Kingwin prepaid in good condition. For easier tracking, we recommend using reputable shipping agencies. Kingwin is not responsible for lost shipment or any damage to the package during shipping process.

    Make sure you include a copy of your original dated receipt, and a copy of the RMA form with your assigned RMA number clearly indicated.
